Class: Understanding the 1st LGPD Fine by ANPD

In this class, we will have the opportunity to explore topics such as the differences between administrative and judicial sanctions, the macrostructure of the ANPD and access to inspection process documents. In addition, we will discuss the history of enforcement in the LGPD and make a comparison with the GDPR. We will also address the panorama of the inspected sector, the reasons that led to the first fine imposed by the ANPD, as well as the lessons learned from this case.
