LGPD Art. 41 §2: Find out why the DPO should not receive group complaints

???? #DPOExplain! • It is essential that a Data Protection Officer (DPO) maintains an individualized approach in handling complaints, avoiding undue influence that may arise from group discussions and trigger the “Herd Effect”. This phenomenon, where individuals are influenced by the opinions and behavior of the mass, can lead to hasty conclusions and hinder an objective and effective resolution of problems. Thus, an individual ombudsman channel is the best practice for quality management in accordance with section 9.1 of the ISO-9001 Standard, allowing each case to be handled in a unique way, but without sacrificing transparency. This channel should not only receive, but also provide feedback, ensuring that data subjects are always aware of the status of their complaints, strengthening confidence in the organization's data management.Recommendation to read: r?
